- I recently commissioned flygohr for several characters drawings. They were responsive immediately and had a really quick turnaround, plus they responded to my change requests rapidly. The art was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely seek to commission them again in the future!

- I commissioned Flygohr for an original monster design/drawing. They were fast to reply to all my messages and kept me informed of all the steps along the way. I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. The quality of work, the speed of production, and the level of communication were all fantastic. Hire with confidence.

- I recently worked with Flygohr to commission an original character/creature for a hobby project game I am making. Flygohr was very quick to reply and carried out my vision flawlessly. It was all handled very professionally and worked with me to revise anything that was done. I HIGHLY recommend Flygohr for any projects you may have. You WILL be happy with the result. Pleasure to work with and the work is top notch.

- I contacted Flyygohr for a last minute, rush commission. Despite the tight deadline, the replies were prompt and professional. The artpiece turned out phenomenally. Flyghor was receptive to, and quickly implemented, all changes I requested and kept me updated at every step of the process. A phenomenal artist to work with.

Pricing and negotiation

Prices and current available options are listed on my Ko-fi commissions page. Those prices are subject to change depending on demand and availability. I usually update my price list every few months, so don't expect to always find the same prices.

Please do not send DMs on Reddit or Instagram, as the first thing I would do when I finally see your message would be to ask you to send me an email or to fill in the Ko-fi form.

If you want to discuss a project before ordering, feel free to send me an email at Discussing a project is always free with no commitment required.

When you order, you are paying in full and the amount is completely refundable if I haven't started working on a project yet. After that, the refundable amount changes depending on how deep I am into the project. Please note that while you are ordering through Ko-fi, the payment is processed by PayPal and is completely secure.

Flash deals and discounts

Sometimes, unforeseen events and unexpected expenses force me to work longer hours at lower rates. Those kinds of deals usually last only a few days and require fast payments and quick response times, but it can be worth it if you want to save some money on my services and you can afford to wait. Submit your email here to get notified of deals.

Terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions are only a basic setup which applies to every commission by default, unless agreed otherwise. This means that the following information is completely negotiable depending on your needs.

By agreeing to get work by me, Gabriele Pezzin a.k.a. Flygohr (the artist), you explicitly consent to the following ToS - or any of its modifications we could agree upon.

1. General terms

  • All drawings will include a subtle signature that you may not remove
  • I might record the drawing process, or save the work at its various stages, for later publication on my website or social media presence
  • Prices are subject to change based on demand
  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason

2. Payment

  • I only accept EUR as a currency, PayPal will make a currency conversion for you if needed
  • Commissions must be ordered through my Ko-fi commissions page unless we agreed otherwise

3. Process and delivery

  • I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a full refund
  • While I'm working on your commission I’ll send you updates on every stage of the process: sketch, lineart, coloring and shading. You’ll be able to review the work and request revisions before I can proceed to the next phases
  • During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress and these images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece
  • The time it takes to finish your commission may vary depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work and con seasons. However for character work the turnaround time is usually less than a month
  • I can’t accept any request that needs to be completed in less than a month, as I can’t guarantee a similar deadline
  • If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know ASAP
  • Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product, unless you order the final print from the private INPRNT link that I’ll setup for you

4. Revisions

  • There will be plenty of stages where you will be asked if anything needs to be changed in a drawing before moving to its next phase, and these rounds of revisions come as unlimited and free
  • A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing - unless, of course, a misunderstanding from my side has been made
  • If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage

5. Copyright / Usage policy

I, Gabriele Pezzin, a.k.a. Flygohr (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it everywhere
  • Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
  • Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
  • Post it wherever I want

The buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
  • Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself
  • Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated
  • Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way
  • Claiming the artwork as your own
  • Removing my signature from the artwork
  • Altering the artwork without my consent

I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

6. Customer satisfaction

If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.

I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.

7. Refund / Cancellation policy

  • The buyer is not allowed a full refund once I started working on the commission, but a partial refund is always available depending on the stage of the work
  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund
  • If you cancel your order before I start working on it, you can get a full refund
  • If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the aforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Gabriele Pezzin a.k.a. Flygohr (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
